30 minute Energy Healing Session via Google Meet, FaceTime, or WhatsApp.
First 5 minutes, we will go through general relaxation and then I will start channelling energy for you. You might feel tingling, see different visions or people, or you might fall asleep. The healing happens in any case, different sensations or visions are not an indicator of a better session.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing and have a glass of water near you. Avoid eating large or heavy meals right before your session but a light snack is good so you don’t feel hungry during the session.
Make sure you are in a quiet space without any distractions. You want to be fully present and open to the energy during the session.
Please arrange some relaxation time and make sure you don’t drive for at least an hour after the session.
