Hypnotherapy is relaxing and empowering but you will have to work with me.
First, you need to define your goals and expectations.
Please provide me with detailed information regarding your goals. Are you looking to reduce stress, quit smoking or drinking, lose weight, or overcome a fear or phobia? What is your short-term and long-term goal? Please have this information ready before your consultation.
Your session will be tailored to your specific goals and preferences and we will book an available time that is convenient for you.
We will work together toward achieving your desired outcome.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing and have a glass of water near you. Avoid eating large or heavy meals right before your session but a light snack is good so you don’t feel hungry during the session.
Make sure you are in a quiet space without any distractions. You want to be fully present and open to the suggestions during the session.
