CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Canceling and Rescheduling. Customers may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying us at least 24 hours before their scheduled session time. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at energyhealing4me@gmail.com
  2. Late Cancellation. Cancellations are considered “late” when the customer does not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Late cancellations will result in the customer being charged 50% of their session price.
  3. Missed Appointments. If a customer misses their scheduled session without canceling or rescheduling, they will be charged 100% of the price of the scheduled session.

  5. Provider Cancellation. If, for any reason, we must cancel your scheduled session, we will notify you as soon as possible and will work with you to reschedule or you will receive a full refund.
  6. Refunds. Any refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment. Please note: It might take up to 7 business days to process the refund.

RETURN & REFUND

Free return within 14 days.

The artwork must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, return shipping is paid by the customer.

If the artwork is returned within 14 days in the same condition as shipped, you will receive a full refund. You can return your product for a different painting, or a refund to the original payment method. The return window is extended to 30 days during holidays.

Please Note: It might take up to 7 business days to process the refund.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service.
